Tonight’s winery sits atop a mountain surrounded by 35 acres of wines, has a villa that you can stay in and has a winemaker crafting exceptional wines from grapes like Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir.

2021 harvest is in full swing! 🎉 The Little North Mountain Vineyard is our production vineyard site in Swoope, Virginia. Since our first planting in 2016, the vineyard has grown to 50 acres 🌱🍇.

𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙇𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙧 🍺
18 IBUs 4.9% ABV
A German Helles-style golden lager with a light body, nice malt flavor and dry finish. Brewed with German pils malt and Saaz and Hallertau hops keeping true to the style.

Little North Mountain Vineyard - Swoope, VA
Fermented and aged completely in stainless steel. This grape has such unique aromatics that are apparent even while it is hanging on the vine. With a lower alcohol percentage, it is not heavy in primary fruit aromas. Instead, in the glass the wine starts out tight linear, but with a few minutes the fruit and floral notes bloom. The acidity is fresh but not racy and as the temperature in the glass rises it opens to a nice balance and the body of the wine fills in with more weight. It is recommended to pull the cork and let this wine breathe for a few minutes if you are pulling directly from a fridge.

Hazy Mountain celebrated 12 weeks opened this weekend! It has been an exciting road preparing for opening and our first 90 days under our belt! The first vines were planted at the Little North Mountain Vineyard in Swoope in 2016. Our Vineyard Team has been hard at work behind the scenes since then to prepare for this summer. Our Tasting Room Team has worked hard opening the building for our guests and providing top-notch service to our new customers! Thank you new customers for a successful opening summer!
