Founded by the dynamic Rojas family, including brothers Harvey, Nilo, and Sebas, alongside their parents Harvey Sr. and Jacqueline, Guajiros brings the vibrant flavors of their childhood in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Miami to Charlottesville.

The journey began in 2019 at the Woodbrook Shopping Center. The restaurant’s growing popularity led to expansions, first to West Main Street in 2021 and then to its current location on 10th Street in January 2023, where it launched an expanded brunch menu and introduced the innovative After Dark concept, offering evening dining with exciting new flavors and ambiance.
