Dima'em ini salah satu tenant yang ada di 60 Common House, konsep tempat seperti Shophaus yang ada di Menteng. Pas ke sini baru ada 3 tenant, selain di.maem ada bakmi dan satu tenant minuman.

Sempet ngintip ke dalam, dia ada area duduk yang undakan gitu, cakep sih tapi masih ditutup gitu. Ada jembatan naik ke atas tapi ga sempet naik, jadi ga tahu kayak gimana.

Nah balik ke di.maem jadi dia jual makanan Indonesia. Jadi kalian bisa pilih dari display yang tersedia masakan yang ada. Konsepnya mirip warteg kira - kira. Cuma take away dendeng cabe ijo karena makanan yang ready baru sedikit. Dendengnya sendiri empuk dan gampang dipotong pakai sendok. Cabe ijonya sih buat aku ga pedas, cocoklah dimakan bareng nasi panas.

🎉 Hey everyone! Exciting news – Common House (commonhousenola ), a modern social club, is getting ready to open its’ doors this summer, and I couldn’t be more excited to share the details with you. #Swipe to see what’s in store with these exclusive sneak peeks from our recent hard hat tour, as well as, renderings of the space!

New Orleans will be Common House’s 4th house and located on Julia street in the old Children’s Museum building. The social club will offer several amenities including a restaurant and two bars, open coworking space, rooftop pool, fitness center, courtyard, conference rooms, and more. They will also host weekly programming / events. Applications are currently open, and founding members will receive a discounted initiation fee before the official opening in Summer 2024.

There are a couple of early access opportunities coming up! Currently, they are still offering tours so you can get a sneak peek of the progress. As they get closer to opening, there will be several events like a crawfish boil in April for those interested. We’ll keep you updated on details.

Community-led Cohousing

Brisco Loran is excited to share news of its role in a successful bid for a plot within the GLA's Small Sites programme.

The winning design outlines a new build cohousing scheme, comprising several dwellings and a large common house, planned to offer space and facilities to the wider community.

The practice is working with a North London-based community-led housing group, in collaboration with low-energy design specialist Junko Suetake.

Took a brewcation this Sunday to Common House and it was all worth the two-hour drive from Andheri.

The destination was Oleander Farms in Karjat, a sprawling 170 acre property which also houses the multi-cuisine restaurant Saltt, Kensho Greenery, a wine gallery and an antique car gallery. Starting my daycation with a hot Americano at the Saltt coffee house, we took a walk amidst the greenery at Kensho nursery before heading to the newly-opened micro-brewery Common House.

Laidback and casual is how I'd describe the vibe here. A freshly-brewed Smoked Lager arrived on my table as I watched a cricket match unfold on the big screen - only for Dhoni!

Appetizers included flavoured naans - my pick being the sun-dried tomato - fish and chips and sweet potato fries. I was too full to try any of the desserts and would have loved to try their Beeramisu, but that's for another time now.

The full moon was doing its thing and I got to see Oleander Farms in full bloom. The daycation had come to an end but not before digging into a salted caramel tart. And then it was back to the madness called Mumbai.

Thank you nishc12 for keeping me company and being such a sweet host.
